Lesley founded Light and Salt Cleaners in 2012 to elevate the cleaning experience for clients and change the perception of the cleaning industry. Her team is more like a family - everyone helps each other reach their goals, something she’s very proud of.
When not working, Lesley loves watching cricket and playing with puppies! Seeing the company appear on the TSX is a future goal.
Steve Dillon
Team Lead & Supervisor
Steve joined Light and Salt in 2016, and has been wowing clients with his attention to detail ever since. Understanding the critical role he plays in client’s busy lives, he ensures new staff are trained to be just as thorough.
Steve is also a talented musician, singer, and dancer. He hopes to own a fragrance boutique in downtown Toronto in the future.
Mikhail Samuda
Location Supervisor
With Light and Salt since 2017, Mikhail began as a Housekeeper and was soon promoted to Location Supervisor. His abilities in hospitality, industrial and construction cleaning are an asset to the team.
Mikhail sees cleanliness as a state of mind, and the care he puts into his craft is evident in each space he touches.
